He is a licensed real estate broker with 6 distinguished designations and is affiliated with the 5 top real estate and property management organizations. Not only is he one of the most learned brokers in the area, but also very knowledgeable about past and current real estate market conditions in Miami.
Luis T. Nuñez – Co-Founder
As Co-founder of Novel Management, Luis set the strategy for all major acquisitions. Luis holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an MBA specialized in Real Estate and Finance from UCLA Anderson, a top 10 university.

Maria Alejandra Gonzalez – Property Manager

Maria Alejandra has been living in Miami for over 20 years and has been working in the real estate industry since 2014 as an agent, specializing in rentals. In 2017, she began focusing on property management. Throughout her career, she has managed entire apartment complexes as well as condominium associations and has acquired all the skills and know-how to be an effective property manager.
Juliana Gonzalez – REALTOR®
Licenses: Lic. Real Estate Sales Associate
Juliana is a graduate from Pontificia Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia. She obtained her real estate license in 2014 and has been providing investors with opportunities for a substantial return on investment in a short time frame through real estate. She is both fluent in English and Spanish.
Victor Manrique – Repair Technician
Victor is an incredibly skillful handyman, with more than 43 years of experience, and counting. Originally from Peru, Victor worked for 6 years repairing electrical medical equipment for a pharmaceutical company. He then moved to Miami and worked in a cabinet production facility as an electromechanical repairman. In 1992, he transitioned into working in the home repair sector, specializing in reconditioning/remodeling, appliances, including HVAC systems, as well as plumbing and electrical systems. Victor studied in Peru as a Maintenance Mechanic and holds an A.A degree from Miami Dade College in electrical Engineering. He continued his studies in FIU. He is certified as an Apartment Maintenance Technician.
