30-Day Notice to Vacate
Official notice from the tenant(s) to Bessa Properties indicating your intent to vacate the premises. Please complete and submit the form below at least 30 days before your intended move-out date.
Before you start: Have your lease handy. We’ll send a copy of your submission to the email you provide so you have your own record. Once received, our team will reach out within 1–2 business days to coordinate your final inspection and move-out logistics.
